01. REFURBISHMENT OF 4x50 MW UNITS OF KTPS KORBA EAST: Refurbishment of all four units of PH-II i.e.4x50 MW, has been completed and put in to service. The units are running under 3 years O&M Guarantee period.
02. REFURBISHMENT OF 2X120 MW UNITS OF KTPS KORBA EAST:
· The refurbishment work of Unit No.6 has been completed and put into service and running under 3 years O&M guarantee period.
· The refurbishment work of Unit No.5 has been completed and put into service and running under 3 years O&M guarantee period.
03. OTHER RENOVATION PROJECTS: The following R&M schemes have been proposed & are under process for implementation:
KORBA WEST:
a. R&M /LE of 4X210 MW units proposed for 11th Plan.
b. Supply & Installation of Dry Fly Ash Handling System.
c. Supply and supervision of installation of TAS, BAS, PRDS Station in all units,.
d. Supply and installation of Feed Control Valve in all units.
e. Supply and installation of Microprocessor controller based Gravimetric Raw Coal feeder in all units.
f. Supply, installation & Commissioning of Microprocessor controller based 6.6 KV Fast Bus Change Over Scheme at HTPS, CSEB, Korba West for two units (U# 1 & 4)
g. Supply and installation of rotary air pre-heater system of unit no.1&2 at HTPS, CSEB, Korba West.
h. Supply ,installation & Commissioning of Ash Water Recirculation system.
KORBA EAST :
a. Supply, Installation & Commissioning of fire protection system for transformer & cable vault gallery.
b. Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Dry Fly Ash Handling System.
c. Supply ,installation & Commissioning of Ash Water Recirculation system.
