Board’s prescribed application form in three copies.

Site sketch/map indicating location and point of supply in 3 copies.

Land documents :

(a) Khasra map, Khasra record B-I, P-II.
(b) Sale deed of land (Registration).
(c ) Copy of Index (Land transfer documents).

For declared industrial area :

(a) Allotment letter from industrial development authority.
(b) Possession receipt of land.
(c) Copy of agreement with financial institute.

Consent/NOC from pollution control Board of State Government.

5.

Approval of competent authority for land for industrial purpose.

6.

If the land is on rent or on lease then rent/lease deed shall be on requisite stamp paper and registered under Registration Act for atleast 30 years

(B) 

Documents required for partnership firm :

Copy of registered partnership deed.

2.

Power of Attorney on requisite stamp paper for authorizing the signatory authority to sign on application, agreement, undertaking etc.

(C) 

Documents required for public/private limited company :

1.

Memorandum of articles.

2.

Company resolution for authorizing signatory/Attorney authorised to sign application, agreement and other documents.

(D)

For Co-operative Society :

1.

A certified copy of the by-laws of Co-operative Society.

2.

Certified copy of certificate of registration from Registrar of Co-operative Society.

3.

Resolution for requirement of H.T. power.

4.

Resolution regarding assigning authorised signatory with name and designation.

(E)

Load Details :

1.

Details of load required machinery-wise and total connected load.

2.

Copy of project report.

3.

Position of procurement of plant and machinery.

4.

Employment details like officers/managers, officials and labour.

5.

Financial details, status, Bank finance documents.

(F) 

Permission from Electrical Inspector after installation of Sub-Station and electrical equipments etc.
