Payment of Bills
(a) Payment of Electricity bills should be made on or before the due date as printed on the bill.
(b) If PAYMENT is not done within due date then surcharge will be payable @ 5% of amount of current month in case of LT.
(c) In case of Non payment, After 7 days from due date ;connection can be disconnected without further notice.
Where to make the payment ?
At specified Collection center .or at distribution center office
Mode of payment
Payment .is acceptable by Cash / Cheque / DD. provided cheque of the particular consumer was not dishonored previously. Also, the Cheque /DD should be payable to respective RAO cseb at location of HQ of RAO.
